Gluten Free Nutella Chocolate Chip Cookies 2

When I was offered the opportunity to try Pillsbury Gluten Free Cookie Dough I jumped at the chance! I have  friends that are gluten free including one coworker who has Celiac disease and can’t eat gluten at all because it makes her feel very, very sick.  I love being able to help people like her eat their favorite foods, treats, really anything, without sacrificing taste.  So many of the foods we eat have gluten in them. I never realized until I started looking at labels and really paying attention to the ingredients.

Gluten Free Nutella Chocolate Chip Cookie Cups

Gluten Free Nutella Chocolate Chip Cookie Cups are a simple treat you can make with just two ingredients–10 minutes of prep, 10 minutes in the oven and scooping the Nutella into the finished cookie cups. Easy as that!

I made two batches of these Gluten Free Nutella Chocolate Chip Cookie Cups and brought them to work to share with coworkers and they were a huge hit! I had people coming to my desk and asking for the recipe. 🙂  You can probably guess that this pregnant girl had to try a couple of these bad boys for recipe testing purposes and I am here to tell you that not only did I love them but the baby gave me a few kicks in approval!

You can find the Pillsbury Gluten Free Cookie Dough in the same section as the other refrigerated cookie dough.  For this recipe I used a 24 count mini muffin tin.

Start by creating small cookie dough balls and placing them in the muffin tin (make sure to spray a non stick spray).  Bake the cookie dough for 10-11 minutes on 350 degrees or until the edges are golden brown.  Remove from the oven and take the end of a wooden spoon or something similar to push an indentation into the cookie dough to create a cup shape.  Let cool for a few minutes then scoop small spoonful’s of the Nutella in each cup (I used a frosting piping bag to make them extra pretty). You can eat them just the way they are or dress them up a little—you could leave some plain and then garnish some with sliced strawberries, raspberries and coconut.

These would be perfect to serve at a party or get together, especially because everyone can enjoy them, including anyone that might be gluten free.  There is nothing like big sized treats for your guests!
