You need to add these Easy Cod Fish Tacos to your taco Tuesday menu. Tender cod is cooked in the air fryer to create a crispy piece of fish that pairs nice with a Southwestern style coleslaw, avocado, red onion and cilantro. These are light and flavorful!

Cinco de Mayo this year was a little different than normal for many people. I know a lot of people like to go out to restaurants and were cooking at home instead. I might be biased but we made the best fish tacos recipe around this year. These Easy Cod Fish Tacos were a hit in my house. My kids devoured these up!
This Crispy Air Fryer Cod Recipe is paired with Southwestern style coleslaw, avocado, cilantro and red onion as the toppings to create a delicious taco. I love my air fryer cod in these tacos because it is extra crispy and the perfect texture for tacos. You also could try this Easy Mango Cabbage Coleslaw to pair with it.
I love how easy the air fryer cod is to make with very little clean-up. The air fryer helps to create a crispy skin on the seafood without frying the fish in oil. How to Make Fish Tacos
Step 1: Make Fish: First you need to select the fish you want to use when making fish tacos. I personally love using cod but I think any light, white fish works nicely. Of course shrimp also makes a nice addition to seafood style tacos. Next once you select the seafood, so for example cod, decide if you will just cook it as is or if you want it breaded. I personally love a crispy outer layer on my fish that is in my tacos. I used the air fryer to make mine but you could also bake it or even grill the fish.
Step 2: Create Tacos: From there you are adding the fish to a tortilla or hard shell taco shell and then loading it up with your favorite taco toppings. I like to set out a variety of toppings so my family can create their own tacos!
