Ham Cheese and Cranberry Rollups are a festive appetizer for the holidays featuring ham, cheese and cranberry sauce rolled and baked in a crescent roll. These warm, savory rollups will be a big hit at your next get together!

The holidays are all about get togethers that involve a spread of colorful and most importantly, delicious appetizers.
These Ham Cheese and Cranberry Rollups would be a nice addition to the table alongside these Mediterranean Antipasto Skewers and maybe a Warm Cranberry Brie Naan.
Have you ever noticed that the appetizer table always has a crowd of people gathered around it?
I am one of those that loves to chat, snack on finger foods and dips, and sip on a warm cup of cider.
When I plan out a menu for parties I like to make sure I have a balance of sweet and savory foods. Today’s rollups fall into both categories by pairing the salty ham and cheese with the sweet cranberry sauce.
Recipe Ingredients

See full list of ingredients below in recipe card with exact measurements.
- Dough: This recipe uses a tube of crescent dough. You will roll the dough out and then roll it.
- Cranberry Sauce: You can use store-bought cranberry sauce or make this Homemade Cranberry Sauce Recipe.
- Meat: I like to add ham. You can use thinly sliced deli ham or even leftover ham. I think it works nicely with the cranberry sauce.
- Cheese: The cheese combination I use is cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese. You also can use swiss cheese, gouda or pepper jack cheese.

How to Make Ham and Cheese Cranberry Rollups
Step 1: Roll Out Dough: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with non-stick spray. Roll out your crescent dough on a large cutting board into a large rectangle {you are basically just unrolling the whole dough and instead of pulling the small triangles apart you will leave the sheet of dough in a large rectangle}.
Step 2: Add Sauce and Cheese: Use a brush or the back of a spoon to spread a thin layer of cranberry sauce on the dough. Top with the cheese, alternating between cheddar and mozzarella. Top with the ham.
Step 3: Create Roll-Ups: Begin with the long side of the dough and roll the dough. Close the edges together and put the seam down on the cutting board. Cut the ham rollup into 10 to 12 pieces depending on how large you want the rollups.
Step 4: Bake: Place the rollups in the baking dish making sure to leave a small amount of space between each so they can rise and get crispy. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned. Garnish with extra cranberry sauce, fresh parsley and poppy seeds.

Storage Tips
Store the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. You can reheat these in a skillet, the oven or air fryer.
