One Skillet Cheesy Hamburger Pasta is a quick and easy one skillet or pot meal mixing ground beef, tomatoes, cheese and pasta to create a cheesy hamburger dish. The leftovers reheat wonderfully so you have options for lunch and dinner later in the week!
ONE SKILLET CHEESY HAMBURGER PASTA
Today’s One Pot Cheesy Hamburger Pasta will remind you of your favorite childhood meal. Comforting, cheesy and packed with flavor this makes a good dinner during the week for your family and will leave you with leftovers to use for lunches or dinners the rest of the week. My favorite part about this meal is that it cooks in one big pot {or a big skillet if you have one}.
When the dish is done cooking I love loading it up with garnishes like parsley, green onions and freshly chopped tomatoes. My kids especially love this pasta dish. They devour it and it is an easy meal for Jack to use as finger food. I am all about a dish I can make and feel my entire family including my one year old.
If you haven’t tried a one pot or one skillet meal you are in for a treat. You cook everything in that one pot which means you aren’t doing multiple dishes. If you want to try some others I suggest trying this One Pot Beef Enchilada Casserole, One Pot Chicken Enchilada Pasta and this One Pot Cheesy Sausage Pasta.
During the week I rotate between slow cooker meals, one pot meals and leftovers. I just don’t have time to make meals that take a lot of time and effort. I also really like meal planning on Sunday’s to help make meal time easier. You can do a slow cooker of these Slow Cooker Salsa Verde Chicken Tacos and use the shredded chicken throughout the week for a variety of meals including nachos, quesadillas and salads. Make this One Pot Kale Broccoli Chickpea Orecchiette Pasta for meatless Monday and then make a batch of this One Skillet Skillet Cheesy Hamburger Pasta and you are set!
This dish serves 6-8 people so you probably will have a good amount of leftovers. While some pasta dishes aren’t great as leftovers this one tastes just as good or maybe even better a day or two later! That is a bonus in my book.
Whatever cheese you have on hand works great in this especially any type of cheddar. One Skillet Cheesy Hamburger Pasta

February 27, 2016 at 5:13 pmJust had two helpings of this and I’m stuffed! It was delicious and the whole family loved it. Very easy to make all in one pot. I would make it in the Dutch oven if you have one because it was to the top of my pan.
