Today I am taking a little break from posting a recipe to ask you guys for a little help and input. It involves traveling and food! I don’t know about you but those are two of my favorite things.
Where should I eat in Rome and Florence, Italy?
In May my husband and I are going to Europe and spending time in Munich, Germany, Interlaken, Switzerland as well as various places in Italy! I am beyond excited.
I am currently working on our time in Florence and Rome, Italy.
I am looking for suggestions for restaurants that you might have eaten at that you really enjoyed? Any ideas of where we should go? This could include lunch spots, gelato shops, and dinner spots. My husband celebrates his birthday in Rome so I am also looking for suggestions for a nice birthday dinner celebration, maybe something a little nicer.
Also, we have free time in both cities so I am curious what your favorite things do to in those cities were that are not related to food.
Thanks for your help and suggestions!
Julia
When I visited Italy last year, one of my favorite things was eating gelato! I got gelato all over the place and it was all really good!

Oh my goodness, what a great question to have! Have a great time on your trip. I haven’t been myself but I certainly have heard that eating lots of gelato would be a good move!
