I have had this recipe in the back of my mind for some time now and kept meaning to share it. Somehow it kept falling off the radar until now.  I love this Creamy Mexican Dip so much. In fact, if this is in the fridge, I can eat it all myself.

When I think of creamy dips, I think of cream cheese or sour cream, or a lot of gooey cheese. Some of the time when I make dips I love the gooey cheese as much as the next person.

But other times I want to eat a dip that is a little better for me and lighter on the waist line. Today’s Creamy Mexican Dip is creamy but without the guilt. This dip uses Stonyfield Greek Yogurt to give it that creamy texture while keeping it light.

I love using yogurt as a substitute in recipes like this Creamy Mexican Dip, Tenderest Cardamom Pancakes or this Creamy Dill Sauce.

This dip is on regular rotation at our house and for all of the gatherings! It’s so easy and everyone always raves about how delicious it is! And you don’t have to feel guilty eating it! I also like that you can easily adjust the quantity of ingredients based on what you have on hand or how you like it. I always add more avocado because I love it so much!
