My family loves meatballs of all kinds but my personal favorite are Mediterranean inspired meatballs.

Some we love are today’s Mediterranean Baked Beef Meatballs, Beef Kafta Meatballs, Mediterranean Baked Turkey Meatballs and these Curry Meatballs.

The nice thing about meatballs is that you can make a big batch and freeze half for later.

I also love that you can meal-prep them on the weekend and have them all week for hummus and rice bowls.

We like to serve today’s Mediterranean Baked Beef Meatballs with this Creamy Dill Sauce Recipe.

The best part about Mediterranean inspired meatballs is the warm, rich spices that add so much flavor to them.

Heinen’s and I are teaming up to share this delicious, healthy recipe with you that makes a perfect meal!
