EASY BLUE CHEESE BURGER
When I think of an easy summer meal I often think of burgers.
My kids all love them, they are easy to make and protein packed.
I am excited to be back with BUBBA burger to bring you the third delicious way to take your burgers to the next level this summer.
You might remember last month when I shared this Easy Avocado Burger – which used a creamy guacamole to top your favorite BUBBA burger.
And then a mouthwatering Greek Burger Recipe – which topped the burger with a creamy tzatziki sauce.
What I love most about Angus BUBBA burgers is that they only use ONE ingredient- 100% USDA Angus Beef.
The burgers do not use preservatives or additives which is a great thing!
If you like convenience on those busy nights, BUBBA burgers are for you.
My favorite thing about these burgers is that you can pull them straight from the freezer and cook them on the grill or in a skillet and have them on the table in under 10 minutes.
BUBBA burger also carries a wide variety of burger options from beef, to turkey, to plant-based, they have options for everyone available nationwide.
These burgers are juicy, flavorful and perfect to add all your favorite toppings like creamy blue cheese.
I don’t know about you but I think that blue cheese and beef are the perfect match.

HOW DO YOU MAKE A BLUE CHEESE BURGER?
STEP 1 TO COOK THE BURGERS:
Heat the grill to medium-high heat.
Cook your Angus BUBBA burgers on the grill straight from the freezer (no thawing required).
Grill for 5-6 minutes on each side. When the juices begin to rise to the top of the burger it is time to flip them. Burgers are done when they reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees F.
STEP 2 TO MAKE THE BLUE CHEESE SAUCE:
Heat a medium sized pot over medium heat. Add the cream and simmer on medium-low for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add half of the blue cheese and continue to stir and break apart the blue cheese.
Slowly whisk in the Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for another 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Stir in the remaining blue cheese and slowly continue to stir. Remove from the heat. You want the second half of the blue cheese to still be chunky in the sauce.
Place the blue cheese sauce in a serving bowl.
STEP 3 TO ASSEMBLE THE BURGER:
Set out 4 buns and top with arugula, red onion, and then the burgers.
Top the burger with the blue cheese sauce or you can skip the sauce and just top the burger with crumbled blue cheese. Enjoy!
